Outage events

What changed in the last few days, county by county and town by town: new outages, outages growing, restoration estimates moving and power coming back, per utility, from public outage maps.

An outage opens here at 500 customers or 1% of a county, 50 or 5% of a town, and 1,000 or 0.5% of a utility, whichever comes first. It closes after 2 polls below 50% of that.
