If you find a vulnerability in massoutage.com, its API or accounts, email [email protected]with the steps to reproduce it. We’ll acknowledge within 3 business days and let you know when it’s fixed.
- Test only against your own account and workspace. Don’t access, change or delete other people’s data.
- No denial of service, load testing, spam or social engineering.
- Utility outage maps we collect from are out of scope; report issues with them to the utility.

We won’t pursue legal action over good-faith research that follows these rules. There is no paid bug bounty, but we’re glad to credit you. Machine-readable details are in security.txt.
